CASE STUDY BRIEF

After 40 fantastic years, the family run disability charity Kith and Kids wanted to celebrate in style - With our help that’s exactly what happened!

CHALLENGES

The key challenge for this event was disability access. Our client group included wheelchair users, young people with celebral palsy, clients with no danger awareness, blindness and sever autism so it was very important to set up a range of meetings and ensure that safety was at the forefront of our thinking. Further to this, by taking part in some of their volunteering sessions we were able to understand clearly and deeply what the charity was about and what they wanted in the event

OUTCOME

The party was a huge success. Due to our close involvement we moved from event planners to invited guests. There was great food, dancing and an evening of smiles. It was a wonderful night and we are now in talks with the world famous disability dance company ‘Amici’ to hold a fundraising event for them the up-coming summer.

We are very proud of our work supporting charities and keen to listen to people who want our help!
